“In addition to all the usual benefits of BobFit, here's one that has recently surprised me: Some days, when Bob starts out by asking "How are you today?" and I go right into blabbing about my aches and pains, bad mood, whatever, Bob is happy to listen (he means it when he asks) BUT, after a minute or two, he will say: "Let's do some warmups while we're talking." Simple, right? But how often do we forget that it's possible to think/feel and move/do at the same time? Now, when I find myself sitting in a ruminating, calcifying lump, I might borrow Bob's voice to tell myself: "Let's do a few dishes (walk around the block, stand up and stretch) while we're thinking." “Brought the family out to get some nature. This trail was nice and open with less and of a crowd then the nearby Wildwood attracts. We only saw 3 people on a Saturday. It was a bit wet and slippery in places. And ended up being too hilly for a 3 yr old. Lots of ferns and trees to enjoy.”

“I've been shopping here since I was 13yrs old. Love them. They always have what I need for a quick new outfit! Or even if I need to go cheap! All my lil extra accessories my favorite sunglasses! I get my nose rings and my piercing jewelry here my big hoop earrings! They have fitted hats usaully on sale by the front and the beanies always cheap! You can get t shirt printing done there! And sizes are never an issue!! Oh yeah! And I love the employees. They always been super nice to me! They cool. I been a regular and I hope they always stay right there on Foster!!”

“Great coffee and service! I visited around 10 am on a weekday and was able to enjoy my Vietnamese iced coffee and a seasonal scone outside at a safe distance from the other customers. I had a delightful conversation with the owner and look forward to trying their banh mi sandwiches next time. Definitely my new favorite neighborhood coffee spot. And they have punch cards!”

“Pretty cool little trailhead. It serves the Springwater trail about 5 miles east of I205 and about 7 miles westish of Boring (double check for exact distances). Nearby are safeway and Walmart neighborhood market if you need last minute snacks or drinks. The section of trail is beautiful with lots of shade and running along a stream (Johnson Creek i think), particularly to the east. In the evening rabbits and deer can frequently be spotted, for a small dose of adorable wild life. Two miles east is main city park with a small Japanese garden and picnic facilities. There are frequently seen illicit camps just off the trail, but I've never been accosted. Still, would recommend a buddy and only daylight hours. The trail head has a small parking lot, and I've never seen it full, so it does the job. The Trailhead does have bathrooms, but they've been closed and marked closed for the season, most likely due to covid, but I'm not positive. The Walmart nearby has customer restrooms. Enjoy and happy hiking/biking/blading/and other skating.”

They've helped us with small issues all the way up to serious things, always done with expert knowledge. We use the boarding & grooming services as well... A+ all around for the Bridgemill Animal Hospital!”
