“Great flavor in their ramen broth. The pork is not as soft as I would prefer but overall taste is good. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly. I would definitely return for more.”

“Talk about going the extra mile - even though Marshall was transferred to the Sunset branch, and my account was at the Tanasbourne branch, he helped me greatly when an unauthorized charge subjected me to an overdraft status. It was an aggravating mess and the new manager had not yet arrived at my own branch. Once Marshall verified what happened, he immediately corrected the problem and restored my account to a positive status. What a pleasure to do business with people this helpful! Thank you, Marshall!”

“This park is a cozy little park. There is a nice sidewalk that circles the play equipment for bikes, scooters, and strollers. There is also a grassy area at the bottom of the hill next to the park that makes for a great sledding hill. Just note that while you can see this park from West Union, you need to enter the neighborhood to park.”

“Great studio! Format is completely adaptable to your fitness level and limitations. Complete body workout focusing on strength, mobility and toning. Classes are efficient. Instructors are knowledgeable and atmosphere of studio completely focused on body work. My only regret is I didn’t discover IMX Pilates sooner! I will be recommending this studio to my own patients, especially those ladies with pelvic floor issues.”

“I'm an ex-student from Montclair, and I absolutely loved it. Sure I had some bad experiences, but you would at any school. The education is excellent and when I trasferred to a different school in 5th grade (because of our living situation), I absolutely excelled and most of 5th grade was review for me. Not to mention mostly all the teachers are very kind-hearted and joy to be in the classroom with.”

“I love this place, and the staff is hilarious. However, it's a bit... odd. I don't think they know what their own audience is supposed to be. The majority of it is candy, but they also have... Beer? And coffee? And apparently tobacco? And all this is placed right by an elementary school. I- I love the place, but it's just so random. Edit: There is no tobacco products, I thought there may have been because of the sign at the front, but the owner confirmed there wasn't. Love the customer service!”

“Forum Painting is the company for those who know what quality craftsmanship looks like, want it, and pay for it. The owner, ZB Chaberski, will always tell you, "I'm not the cheapest bid." Anyone who understands painting knows that the quality is in the prep work. These guys restored a mid-century condo for me, which had not been touched in over 20 years. They removed old wall paper, meticulously filled cracks, repainted everything - woodwork, cabinets, walls, ceilings. The walls were so beautiful when they finished, I stared at them for weeks before hanging any art. They were prompt, diligent and pleasant to work with. I would hire them any time!”

“Everything tasted so fresh and well seasoned. I ordered the fajita with chicken, steak, and shrimp. I can not remember the name of the exact burrito dish my husband ordered, but as you can see from the photos, it was beautifully plated and tasted just as good. I got a frozen mango margarita and he even put lime zest on top. Let the photos of everything speak for itself. Service was good. Our waiter was kind and brought our food in a timely manner. I didn't like the chairs, as i found them uncomfortable, but I am not going to deduct for that in my review because it was minor.”

“My husband and I just got married and have settled into a beautiful quaint ground floor apartment here at Northridge. So far we absolutely love living here! They are dog friendly which was a huge plus for us having 2 dogs. The grounds are kept nice and clean, and while there have been some technical issues with the online portal, the management has been fully transparent and understanding with this ongoing issue and is working to get it all corrected. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner from what I can tell so far, we are having issues with our dryer and within days they are out to fix it! The community is very friendly and we are both extremely happy to call this our first home as newlyweds! The 18 month lease was also a huge plus! I strongly recommend this place as it is very affordable in today's tough market.”

“Hannah was wonderful to work with. Our Stickley sleigh bed is beautiful, and we love it! Even though it was a special order, it didn’t take that long until delivery. Delivery and setup by Roger and his assistant was excellent. We’re Paul Schatz customers for life!”

“Shawn helped us buy our first ever home in Portland. Even though the thought of buying a house in this crazy market during the pandemic was very daunting initially, working with Shawn made the process way easier and fun. Shawn was very patient with us as he helped us see many houses. He gave us great feedback and advice which helped us understand our options and made the decision making process much easier. Considering that the market is aggressively mad right now, Shawn's calmness and experience really helped us determine what was the right choice for us. It also really helped that he was very responsive to our needs which enabled us to make offers quickly to properties that we were interested in. All in all, we couldn't have gotten such a great house without Shawn. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Dr. Park and his crew have been taking great care of my oral health for well over a year now. His dental practice is compassionate, professional, and concise. Everyone at the office is nice and kind. Most importantly I feel, they do not judge me for bad habits (chewing my cheek, not flossing regularly, etc.). This supportive group is more than willing to share their deep knowledge of oral hygiene to patients curious about knowing more.”

“Long story, but we moved to South Carolina in 2017 for my work; when work brought me back to Oregon, we moved to the first place available prior to moving to West Parc. That place was terrible; so bad that we broke our lease after 3 months. West Parc is considerably better than the other places we have lived in the past (we had lived in houses for 20 years; but since we kept our SC home, decided to rent in Oregon). 1. There are kids at all apartments and the children here have caused me no issues. If I am walking toward my car or anywhere on the complex, they treat me with respect. 2. All apartments have "thin" walls. For the most part, I don't have any problems with our neighbors. I hardly ever hear anything and there really is not that much noise as compared to any of the apartments on Evergreen or Cornell 3. We had a door that was repaired prior to moving in and have had one time where we needed maintenance and the staff was responsive and respectful. 4. The neighborhood is very nice. Everything is walkable (Starbucks, several restaurants, I even walked to the store for groceries during the snow days). 5. I am definitely not a "fake" reviewer. Like I said, we have lived in a house for 20 years prior to moving back into apartments, and this complex is far nicer than any I lived in when my own children (now 31, 28, 25 & 23) were young. 6. Easy drive for anyone that works at Nike or Intel.”

“Five Oaks Museum is well worth your time. The exhibitions are developed with care, intellect, and empathy, with a a lot of thought to who they are partnering with. I always keep an eye out for what is next. This image is "Butterfly Maker" by Greg A. Robinson (Chinook) part of This IS Kalapuyan Land guest curated by artist Steph Littlebird Fogel.”

“Kudos to Nicholas Rider and the folks at the service department! I had presented them with an incorrect diagnosis that a different mechanic had made of why the trunk of my Fiat wouldn't open. Long story short, they did their own diagnosis and solved the problem. I want especially to acknowledge Nicholas for his wonderful diligence in overseeing this repair, his communications with me, and lastly making sure that, in the end, the service charges from his department were fair and very kind. He is a great example of "customer service." I would also like to acknowledge Charles, who is a delightful, articulate, fascinating, and wonderfully warm person. I had the pleasure of spending time with Charles as he shuttled me back and forth to the dealership. All in all, a AAA+ FIVE STAR experience!”
