“Mike was really responsive and came out quickly for a very small gas leak on the water tank heater's pilot gas line. Explained what he was doing, found the location of the leak and quickly fixed the issue. He was also willing to wait around when I asked if he can double check the fix at the end of the visit. He patiently answered all my other plumbing questions while we waited. Friendly, patient, efficient and fast! He also gave me a much lower quote for a replacement water tank heater. “Forge Park is accessed off 112th Avenue by parking on 112th and walking across the wooden bridge over Cedar Hills Blvd., which is a fun thing in itself! It's a smallish neighborhood park, with fun equipment for the younger set and with picnic tables nearby. There is also a large grassy area where dogs often play catch with their families; where families play games or run, or just sit in the sun. The playground and grassy area are circled by a wide sidewalk where children can ride their bikes and scooters and adults can walk and run laps. This whole area is surrounded by trees as seen above. The park can connect you to the Cedar Mill Trail via a rough downhill trail (not recommended for young children) that takes you to a wetlands area at the end of 114th Ave. A sign at the end of 114th Avenue has a map of the rest of the trail.”

“Outstanding, prompt response to emergency situation. Hot water heater failed & needed to be replaced before arrival of guests staying in home. There was no hot water. They responded within 24 hours of my call and because we chose to install a Hybrid electric Heat Pump, additional work on the circuitry in home was necessary. The electrician GRANT PAGE worked in the attic during 90 degree weather, never complained & did everything necessary to get our system running. He coordinated his very meticulously installed work with the plumber & even persuaded them to shuffle their schedule (they were not going to come for another week!) so that they would complete our installation on the same day the MR. ELECTRIC service tech (Grant Page) was completing his job. Grant earned his company a lifelong fan! This guy should be promoted. He refused to "guess" where the new system electrical should go & contacted the providers of the heat pump getting exact measurements, circuitry & requirements to ensure the new system replacing my old GAS water heater would be up to code and meet our family's needs for years to come! Thank you MR ELECTRIC for your emergency response and for sending an outstandingly competent, professional individual, who was not only well trained, polite but a heck-of-a-nice guy as well! I'd give the company & GRANT PAGE 10 stars if I could!”
