I drove it home and had an odd thing happened. I called Paul, he said said bring it in and I'll take care of it. Of course we all sign and as is disclosure. Not only did he take care of it, he went above and beyond. His mobile mechanic was awesome and did an excellent job. I would buy from him again. They've been at it a long time and I think most people only leave reviews when they're upset. I believe people abused cars, they don't maintain cars and then they expect the Moon. Sometimes they're just not enough heat or cold or whatever to evaluate a car completely. I would buy again from Paul and Jerry at diamond Auto. And I'm not a a new dog to this game.”

“I have bought or leased a lot of new cars in the past 6 years. My needs and wants change often so I am always looking at the idea of getting a new car. For years i drove electric cars and would use the dealerships free charging station quite often. 5 stars for that. I have been in a number of times to look at cars and check for deals. Most of the time I have been blown off in the past but found them more willing to help now. I was referred by Megan in parts as well as one of their former techs to stop by and check them out again because I was looking at getting rid of my fiat that I had bought new just 2 months earlier. They offered what 2 other dealership had for my car but the number was 2500 less than what carmax had offered so I sold the car to carmax. I went in looking for something that had a great discount and the got me a jetta s with the manual that was priced better than anyone else could do so I took it even though it was my least favorite color. I worked with Gordon and he came down on his day off to finish the deal. The sales manager was wonderful as well but he did seem a little shocked when I stopped in the next day to set up my detail. I can be a hand full to deal with in regards to cars so I think he thought I was returning it. Lol. On the day I picked up my car i was in and out of there really quickly. That was a huge concern of mine because I had my 2 kids with me. To sum things up i feel like i was well taken care of and got the very best new car i could get for my humble budget. Thank you!”
