“We just moved to the area and I wanted to get my 2015 Honda fit detailed. I found the real auto detailing online with perfect 5.0 reviews. So I decided to give them a try. I literally just picked up my car and I am really impressed! Everything looks great. One thing that my previous car detailer was unable to get clean was my fabric covered armrest over the console area. It had kind of a whitish stain and nobody seemed to be able to get it out. But Jose did! It looks like new. Jose was a pleasure to deal with and just seems like a super nice guy. I will definitely be back for any kind of car cleaning need I have. “This place is usually as good as any other car wash, but I went today and the girl working (Samantha, I think), did an INCREDIBLE job! She spent a good five minutes scrubbing down the outside of my very dirty car before I even went through the machine, as opposed to the usual 30 seconds-1 minute. My car came out perfect afterwards! After the conveyer belt takes you through the car wash you pull into a spot and there are free vacuums to use, and plenty of spots so you never have to wait. There is also a policy where if your car isn’t completely clean to your liking they’ll let you go again for free! My car was covered in bugs so I went through twice and my car looks amazing :) Update: The car wash blew off my front license plate and crumpled it up. Apparently this happens a lot in these kinds of car washes.”

I was preparing to get my car sold and was hesitant to use local detailing shops nearby (usually additional fees are slapped on with those shops and it can be hard to schedule). Through some searching, I found Reverse Detailing and reached out to Justin. He responded immediately and talked me through his process for the Whole Show interior/exterior detail I was looking for. (The Whole Show package includes Everything from both the Exterior Ultimate Service the Interior Grand Service.) He was able to schedule me within a few days and came to my house for the service. Justin is incredibly thorough, discussed each detail with me and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was transparent about any additional fees (ex: pet hair) so I could approve them prior to work being done. He set up two separate days to work on my vehicle to ensure the full detail was completed without rushing and with high quality. He exceeded my expectations and his pricing is very reasonable! My neighbors were asking for his card once he was finished. “The most though carwash in the area. Be prepared to have a helpful employee take the time to use a soft brush and make certain all bugs and dirt are removed before you enter the wash. They then also use a separate wheel wash brush to ensure clean wheels. I purchased the prepaid six pack of different washes for a good price. This wash is hidden behind the gas station and is truly a hidden gem.”

They do a great inspection of the car's fluid levels, lights, air filters, tire pressure, and I'm sure other things. Best part is they actually show you what they are finding so you can make an informed decision if you want to add a service. No pushy salesmanship, just honesty. Very pleasant and relaxing experience which will make getting an oil change that much easier in the future.
