“This hotel is actually a very nice, clean and quaint little place to stay within the city limits to where I typically would be spending the majority of my time in. Very clean and nicely conditioned like everything considering its a newer hotel among those that also reside within this area but this one seems more in my budget and offers a much more convenient stay like for those who maybe dont have a working vehicle at this time well that's nothing to worry about, they offer trimet max service not even a block away from the hotel as well as information on other trimet bus schedules and routes. The continental breakfast is also a nice touch to add to your guests that I'm beginning to notice doesnt really matter at this current weird and messed up time we find ourselves in nowadays with the whole covid 19 stuff happening. All in all I do approve ans highly recommend for others to stay here if they ever are in need of a nice and accommodating hotel.”

“They DO allow parking in front of your home, but just not overnight. Overnight parking on the street is a safety issue, as emergency vehicles may not be able to get by. There's no problem with parking on the street in the daytime though. Nice park, great atmosphere and like living here (although they seriously do need to mow the lawns, as I've never seen them this overgrown.)”

They even have security on site. Even though I don’t think it’s required but nice to have. I stayed at most of the hotels in this area. I finally have found the best one. “We went for the first time tonight and we had a great time! The restaurant was awesome, good menu and really delicious food: their pizza is amazing, that was my favorite. The beet salad and burgers were perfect and the chocolate peanut butter milkshake was bomb. The bar had a wide variety of wines, beer, cider, and liquor. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It was refreshing to be indoors, watching pac 12 football and enjoying a night out while supporting a local small business. We will be back to try out the games and obstacle course!”

“Reasonable price for a very nice room. My room was clean and quiet, very spacious. All staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. While there was no breakfast buffet due to COVID19, the desk clerk offered me a decent choice of items in a "Go Bag" that worked just fine for my morning meal. There is also a Shari's Restaurant directly across the street. I would definitely stay at this Clarion Hotel in Portland again.”

“While being on the lower end price wise, this motel is being run as a step above what you think. The newly renovated rooms are nice, but the best thing about this place, other than it’s location, is the bed. The mattresses are so much nicer than even places that rank 2-3 stars more than this place. I have stayed more than a few nights and always wake up completely refreshed. The couple that own and run this place need to be commended for knowing what to focus on to provide the best nights sleep to their guests for an amazingly low price.”
