“I have had the necessity to stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility. In the last 2 years, I have stayed in 4 different places. My experience at Avemere Clackamas has been wonderful. The Staff (Admin, RN, CNA, CMA, Activity Dir, Dietitian, Kitchen Manager, Therapist ) all have been very nice and attentive to my needs. One of the Med Techs (CMA) Crystal, does everything in her power to show kindness, respect, and empathy. The kitchen Manager (Betty) has come to me periodically to make sure that my food needs are being met completely (and I have quite the list of needs). The other difference between this location and the other facilities is the quality of the food. Other places were bland and cold. This location has the best food overall. Chris is one of the Chefs… and he really knows what he’s doing. I haven’t loved everything, but that’s just a preference thing, and I have enjoyed prox 95%. The chefs here know how to season your food. The Activity Dir (Chelsea) has fun things planned daily, and she doesn’t just leave it up to you to check out what to do, Chelsea goes around and reminds all residents and helps them get to the adventures location. I could go on singing their praises, but suffices to say … I highly recommend Avamere Clackamas. Thank you for reading this whole review. “Went in after six weeks of pain in my back and down my leg. After the first visit I felt better. They knew exactly how to relieve the pain and build my core muscles to prevent future back issues. “I worked with Curtis for a couple months on recuperation after knee surgery. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism; at other physical therapy businesses I've felt that the therapists were trying to reach minimal levels of functionality but Curtis pushed me until I'd regained full functionality of my knee He was also very helpful in explaining the bio-mechanics of movement, which helped me to understand how my exercises would directly impact recovery. “Beyond The Clinic has provided my in-home PT for my knee replacement surgeries. The first one was in 2020 and the second one was in May 2022. I am very happy with the services they have provided to help me recover and regain strength in my arthritic knees. Brian was my therapist for the first knee and Alyson is my current therapist. I am very happy with the care I have received from both of them. They assessed my house when therapy began and made suggestions to help prevent falls and missteps. They have consistently provided exercises that help the knees and body to become strong again. I highly recommend Beyond The Clinic if you are in need of a great physical therapist.”
