Sean suggested several options and was then friendly, professional, and knowledgeable through every step of the install. The camera works great! There was a small snag during install. The soft top of the jeep was damaged slightly while backing in to the garage. Sean took it upon himself to order a NEW soft top to replace the one that was damaged. Outstanding integrity and honesty. We will be back to have an auto start installed in our other vehicle. Highly recommend”

“I really enjoyed my car buying process with Mark McLure. I never felt like he was what you would call the stereotypical salesman. I browsed the lot a little bit on my own and told him what I wanted - he ever tried to push anything else on me and focused completely on what I was looking for, unlike other dealers that I met through this process. Anything I asked him about, he got me answers right away and he made sure I was fully informed before making the purchase. He was so personable too! I spoke to him in the morning, most likely his first customer, and when I went to actually purchase the car he remembered things that I had talked to him about and asked me about them (I can barley remember things my friends and family tell me let alone total strangers that I might never see again??). His manager Jeff was so nice to work with too. He was the first one we talked to when we got there to look at cars and came into Mark’s office to talk to us a little more towards the end of our visit. Overall I had an awesome experience at Baierl with Mark (and Jeff) and I would recommend any of my friends and family to go there!”

“Called Bert on Wednesday afternoon regarding having headlights restored on my 2008 Honda Accord as they were very faded. He was excellent to deal with in the phone and had an appointment for me next day. Dropped the car off and was advised the car was ready at 5pm. They take payment over the phone and had the car ready for pickup near the office. What great Customer Service, all so friendly and professional. The headlight restoration was excellent, the fading gone and shiny glass can be seen. I will be using this professional organization for sure in the future. Thanks Bert and the crew for a great experience and professional work. You made the 2008 car look new again. We can see better at night also with clear headlights.”
