Came back next morning and the owner, employee helped change our tire from rim to rim and also gave him a great deal on 4 used tires for his van.. I refer others to them in need of tire repairs among other things.”

“I wish I could give them 10 stars. The receptionist, Natalie, is not only friendly, but knowledgeable when corresponding. Steve had my diesel diagnosed in a short amount of time. They went above and beyond exchanging previous faulty parts that were put on the vehicle…they were proficient and timely in replacing the correct parts ensuring my truck was running 💯 when i picked it up. With a history of this diesel being with 2 other mechanics over a period of 4 months, both of which did not have the technology to properly diagnose, I would have been thousands into it and still chasing the problem. I’m grateful and thankful for Belback being honest and dependable and guarantee I won’t be taking my diesel anywhere else!!”

The ONLY thing I can say, is when my husband was with me, one of the NP's was talking only directly to me and asking questions just to me and was dismissive to my husband. I've had 5 or 6 vehicles tinted over the last 10 years and Jake is the first time I haven't had to come back and get something fix. He did an amazing job the first time! I waited about 6 months to post a review to be sure everything was good and I'm still impressed with his work to this day.
