  They took very good care of my dog. The only thing I didn't like. They said they would call with test results and follow up with her and never did. Update on my review. I believe it might have been misunderstood. The staff there are great. They do everything they can to help your fur babies. The doctor is nice and very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what is going on. I only had that one incident all the years I have been going there. Which I think is pretty good for as many times as I have gone there.

  Reasonable rates, conservative treatment. No frills. Caring and considerate staff. Super clean. No x-ray, so not a trauma vet, but great for routine and non urgent issues.

  I've been taking my dog here for the last 7 years and I have nothing but good things to say. They are always so nice and informative. Everyone has always been very gentle with my doggo, who is a bit nervous to be at the vet. Awesome staff across the board, highly recommended.

  Update: 6-23-2018
  
  I recently had to put down 'Pep'... a poodle mix of 19 1/2 years old. He was a super great dog through the years for my son. I will always remember Dennis J at 10 years doing a song and pony show for the elderly at the old folks homes. Pep was smart and knew 12 different commands. They couldn't remember our names, but they always remembered Pep. LOL.
  
  I want to thank Dr. Shaw, DMV and his super staff for their professional and compassionate manner during the procedure.
  
  I have always received good straightforward no-nonsense animal care at this clinic with reasonable prices and great staff. Dennis G

  The assistant held JJ, spoke softly and petted him caringly. Dr. Shaw was understanding. Their demeanor made the process dignified and compassionate.
