“I really like this Kirkland's. They have a lot of great inventory, and they seem to always have deals. The staff is pleasant and I feel like I often find something I'm looking for and I don't feel like they overcharge for their products. The location is great and I love how large the store is. My one reason for docking a star is because the products are laid out all over the store (such as not all mugs being together, seasonal decor placed throughout the store, candles and wax melts are in different areas, etc). I think they could definitely lay the store out a little differently, but otherwise it is a minor issue. I highly recommend stopping here.”

“Huge store. Love their stuff. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. They only had one of the shelves in stock for a unit I bought, but I was able to get it shipped to my house for less money than it would have taken me to drive back to the store. I hear people joke about the "quality" of certain things. All I can say is I have a sister who has had a couch in her entertainment room for well over 10 years and it looks great. She even has 2 teenage sons.”

“I ordered a washer and dryer from Bobby Robertson. The process was quick, easy and couldn't have been more friendly and personable. Today I was scheduled to receive my washer and dryer. The delivery drivers sent a text to give approximate delivery time. The company also sent updates on delivery time. From the time the delivery men arrived to departure time was 15 minutes! They brought them upstairs, set up, connected and ensured they worked within that time. I couldn't ask for better service.”
