“I filled my car with oil and drove about a minute down the road before my car started breaking down. It was my own stupidity, I had to wait in the snow for about 2hrs to get towed. Not their fault, again, that’s me. I was having a really tough day and when I got to the shop they were able to take my car and work on it the next day. They told me how much I overfilled and I didn’t really have much hope. Thankfully it was an easy fix and it was done much cheaper than I anticipated. Unfortunately I left my apartment keys on the car key ring and had to call 10 minutes before they closed. They were able to leave my keys for me which I SO appreciated. I was also running late to pick it up today due to traffic and they were able to process my payment over the phone so that they could leave on time and I didn’t have to wait until the next day. I understand I was probably really frustrating to work with, but I’m very glad I was seen as a person and not a customer.”
