“I can't say enough about Brandy at the Monaca, Pa store. She truly is an angel. I had my phone for many years but I was told it would become obsolete soon. I panicked I don't use this phone like normal people. I use it for a few things and don't give it to very many people. Just kinda a backup. I was terrified about making a change as I am really not technologically smart about transferring things and how to do it. When I set up the appt and went it I was astounded. Brandy was kind, considerate and very patient. I had many questions and she answered them all. I have had others condasending in tone. Look I'm old and I needed someone to guide me. Brandy went above and beyond her calling as a representative for Cricket. THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES NEEDED IN THIS WORLD TODAY. Brandy is an asset to your company and to your store in Monaca. Brandy is a keeper and I would not hestitate to recommend anyone to your store and Brandy. SHE IS THE BEST and is extremly knowledgable on the phones she sells which is rare. Sales are important but customer service is number 1 to me. Been there, done that I was a customer service representative for 23 years, I know.Please acknowledge her for who she is and what she does. This is going to sound like an odd review but I was unable to get a car through Beaver Valley (due to no fault of theirs, it was my own issue) but they still helped guide me in the right direction and I was able to get into another car (with a BHPH lot) for now until I can get my credit a little higher. I was assisted by Jason and he was really patient, understanding and kind. Even though he knew he was not going to be making a sale he still took the time to explain my other options!”

“A fun place to shop, you never know what you are going to find, but the deals are fantastic! I have their loyalty card, which I would definitely recommend, and there are coupons that come out throughout the years where you get a great discount off of your entire purchase. They have a little bit of everything. This is THE place to get the best price on area rugs, books, and household textiles especially. The only trade off is that you have to be a little bit flexible. I am totally willing to be flexible for an awesome giant area rug that is a fraction of the price of everywhere else but super quality!”
