“Great experience from start to finish. We were greeted warmly upon first walking in the door, although it was close to closing time. Doug Murphy was amazing to work with. He was not pushy. He was very honest and informative. Doug spent time locating the exact car I wanted. While deciding which dealership to purchase our vehicle through, we visited three. We walked out of the other two dealerships, frustrated. The way we were treated was the main determining factor of why we choose Freedom Toyota. We were so happy with Doug and Freedom that during my buying experience, my husband also decided to purchase a vehicle, which Doug also had to track down in order for my husband to get the exact vehicle he wanted. “We bought a truck a few weeks ago from Dave, the Sales Manager. It was a trade in. Dave gave us a fair price on it, and was great to work with. Additionally, we realized on the way home with the truck that all the speakers did not work... Dave had me bring the truck back in, confirmed all 4 speakers were blown out (what are the odds!) - and ordered me new (non factory!) ones, then and there. He scheduled me within a week and a half (this also fell over Christmas holiday) and had the speakers all installed free of charge just today. Great customer service. I see some poor reviews in the area of customer service, but we had great service here. Dave is somewhat new there, so perhaps the service level is changing. Would definitely give them a shot... and we will be back when we are ready for a camper!”
