“I love Crown Limousines service. My driver was so helpful, even when we weren't in the limo! When we got to the church, he helped us out and waited at the entrance of the church with us. When my father and I were preparing to walk up the aisle, he had us wait a moment and spread out my train. Then, when my husband and I walked down the aisle, he greeted us at the end with some water. He also continuously asked if weneeded anything while we greeted everyone. He got us as close to every location as possible and even helped lift my train to prevent it from getting too dirty. We arrived at every location within a decent time and we never had any hassle. He was wonderful! I highly recommend.”

“Located conveniently between the Neshaminy Mall and Philadelphia Mills. The room was impeccably clean. Great service by the staff, including front desk and maintenance. In the shower there was a way to control the water pressure, which I thought was cool. It's saying much that the only issue I had was the towels were very hard.”

“Great hotel. I found the staff to be extra helpful and pleasant. The room was cozy, had very good temperature control and the beds were extremely comfortable. I was able to get a perfect nights sleep which is always my ultimate measure for any hotel I stay at. The breakfast was served until 10 which was helpful and they had pretty good biscuits and gravy, saved me money on another meal which is always welcome. Overall I would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone in need of a good clean stay with some homey comforts.”

“Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations, I'm traditionally a Marriott loyalist who very rarely visits Hilton properties for personal travel, but based upon my family's needs this location was the most ideal. Room The room was clean and modern, the bathroom was spacious, my only concern is the slickness of the floor tile in the bathroom, I almost slipped in the bathroom. The mattresses were impressive, almost looking new. Food The breakfast, which was included, was organized, clean and the dining area was spacious, the selection ranged from the savory to healthy, satisfying my family's needs. Staff The staff was really friendly and able to check-in my family and I quickly and without issue. “This was our first time staying at candelwood suites. The entire hotel was very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever had. The rooms were spacious. I liked the lending library where you could check things out. We took advantage by getting DVD player and movie. I loved the little recipe card at the front desk from one of the staff members. Although, the hotel was great the friendliness of the staff at front desk was lacking.”

“Very nice staff, I liked talking with all of them. I think they are over worked and under staffed, some things are not fixed the way they should be in the rooms and around the hotel. Very nice breakfast! Management are helpful, but once again they are stressed out over things that are not repaired like they should be. For example: the lobby PCs only work once in a while, had a broken closet door in one room. It's not really bad, but it could be better!”
