“I would love to give this place 5 stars but due to a recent change in staffing I had to remove one. When I first started seeing Dr. Basil my experience was pleasurable and personal. He and the original receptionist Keisha were so nice, easy to talk to, addressed my concerns immediately, and made what is typically an uncomfortable situation very comforting. Keisha (the original receptionist) was very professional, had a pleasurable attitude, and very welcoming as the first point of contact via the phone and office. She completely all my request in a timely manner. Dr. Basil is easy to talk to and very interested in all aspect of your life so he is able to treat you accordingly. However, my last 2 visits I dealt with a new receptionist who on the first visit barely acknowledged me entering the office, had trouble with taking payments so a line was backed up. Good thing I had cash. The second time when it was time for me to leave she was not at the desk to check me out and when she returned she told me she was sorry fo the wait but she had to touch up her make up and the bathroom is so small imthat it makes it difficult for her. Like what?? You are at work and even if that is what you were doing you don’t tell that to the patient. I did not feel comfortable with her completing some documents I had to be completed. She does not make me feel like she knows what she is doing and she definitely lacks people skills which is a key factor when working in a clinical office setting.”

“We had a birthday party for our son using the E-Sports room. Communication throughout the entire process was easy. Hannah provided all the information and responded timely. The day of the party Cathy helped set up. She monitored everyone coming in and out the facility making sure only party invitees could enter, since it was an after hours party (5-8pm). The facility was very clean and the gaming host did a great job making sure all the kids were set up and able to play. Outside of the party my family use the gym for exercise and my kids are enrolled at the camp and swim lessons. I would recommended to friends and family.”

“I always knew that having tattoos I would be taking a chance at them never looking the same should an accident happen….well 3 months ago it happened….I took a bad fall which 10 weeks later led to surgery of my humerus….I have a full sleeve…..today was my post op follow up and I was able to see the work that Dr. Hurley and his Assistant Maryanne did……WOW I could not be any happier with the time and care they took with my tattoo that means so much to me (family tattoo)….I will NOT need to have work done to “fix” the tattoo from the incision. Besides the surgery, the staff and nurses are all so friendly here and your never left waiting long after your scheduled appointment time. Highly recommended!!!”
