“Hit a deer left corner front center and hood, Staff was very helpful and professional at Joe Pierrel auto from the time my vehicle was dropped off. All work that was performed and estimated time for pickup was done by text and that is nice because you have a text receipt. I was kept up-to-date for the day that I was scheduled to pick up my car. The staff was very knowledgeable on everything that was done. And any questions I had about the paperwork and parts all questions were answered properly. The rental vehicle that I had I was able to leave the keys with them and the vehicle was returned. I have had other vehicles worked on at Pierrel's. I have never had any problems.”

We recently had new carpet installed on our stairs and Don who did the installation was meticulous in everything he did from install to cleanup. “They were fairly priced, the basic cost for washing your car at a do-it-yourself car wash.... That being said water pressure was really good and it gave you lots of soap I only gave it a four because a five star would be perfect, and no do-it-yourself car wash is perfect! If it would have been swept up around the garbage bins at the vacuums and the surrounding areas? I would have given it five stars, but that being said the suction on the vacuum was very good and, again it was the same price as any other car wash in the same category. Other than that I had a good time with my mother joking around and enjoying the beautiful day father sky and Mother Earth provided... I will say it's cleaner than most do-it-yourself car washes and a very nice place as well..... Take care and happy car washing....lol...😊👍🏼🙏🏼”

“I have to say this place is top notch. Bought my son his first vehicle a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Had a few issues when we test drove it and before we came back to purchase issues were fixed. Brought it back to fix one last issue that they knew about and were awaiting parts and they did it at their cost.
