“We had the most wonderful weekend at the Times House. The suite we stayed in was cozy and beautiful with fresh flowers and an electric fireplace, and very quiet. We couldn't hear any other guests or outside noise, yet we were able to walk to many restaurants and bars. Diane and Chris were very kind, and their homemade bread, scones, yogurt, and granola for breakfast were delicious. Additionally, my fiance and I got engaged the weekend we stayed there, and Chris and Diane helped him orchestrate the surprise. I would highly recommend a stay at the Times House!”

“Not a bad place, what you'd expect for the price, which was the best i could find for 1 person. Like many places, some of the staff were friendly, and one having a bad day i guess. Not much parking in town - Hotel Switzerland was right across from the biggest parking lot in the area. Very close to the rail station, also. Came again, and everyone was very pleasant, had a blast, even loaned me their phone charger right out of their purse!”

“This is a wonderful B&B where all the details have been well thought out. The beds and linens were delightful as were the decor and bathrooms. We chose the time for our breakfast every morning- Ronda was incredibly accommodating and was a wonderful hostess. The grounds were beautiful...we renewed our vows at sunset on the "mountain-side." Beyond amazing.”

“We literally just walked through our front door after a fantastic weekend in Jim Thorpe! This was a beautiful weekend and we are so very happy that we chose to stay at the Angel of the Morning B&B with Rosemary. She was the kindest, warmest and most helpful host we've ever had. She made our experience wonderful. Her home is furnished beautifully and it gives a warm and inviting feeling as soon as you walk in. The room was clean and cozy and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Rosemary made a delicious breakfast each morning we were there... with fresh fruits, coffee and juice unlimited. I would and will highly recommend Angel of the Morning to anyone looking for a comfortable and lovely place to stay in Pennsylvania. The negativity I've read is sickening! Truly, this is a wonderful place to go and unwind. We can't wait to go back! ”

“A beautiful, quiet, peaceful location. No loud parties or rude neighbors. The folks who manage the place are wonderful, and went way out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me out with anything that came up—they lend the place a great vibe. I stayed during the winter months, which could have been uncomfortable, but their common-use facilities are clean and inviting, and it's just a quick walk to the main office building where the bathrooms, laundry, game room, and other facilities are located. Will definitely stop through again next time I'm in the area!”

“The staff was extremely helpful and courteous even when I was having an issue with my online banking. My banks website and mobile app were updating for 8 hours and I wasn't able to transfer funds until the update was completed. The staff did everything short of paying for my room to accommodate me. Eventually the app updated and all worked out. The grounds and room where very well kept and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I had at the hundreds of hotels I stayed at.”

“Always the best service! This is our home away from home! The staff is AAA+ The rooms are always clean, and stocked, the accommodations are on point. If there is anything you should need extra, The Hampton Inn Staff will make sure you are taken care of. Make sure you book in advance for weekends, they book up fast. The location is great for trips to Pocono, Jim Thorpe and most adventures in the area. Breakfast is served hot every morning and coffee is available 24 hours a day. Again, the Hampton Inn-Jim Thorpe is our home away from home for now. Great job HI team!”

The place was packed however, we still received our drinks within 3-4 minutes of arriving. We decided to order food and ill be honest, it was some of the best food that I have had in a while. The chicken Caesar salad was BOMB! My partner ordered the chicken tenders which were amazing. I was absolutely jealous! The tenders melted in your mouth and tasted amazing. Will come again.”

“Grassy Hill B&B was very relaxing, comfortable, and homey feeling. It wasn't in the middle of a town; it was set back into the woods with a breathtaking view of the valley below and mountains. The location was perfect, not too close to the city and not too far away. You couldn't hear cars and you could see the stars. At night you could hear the tree frogs and then in the mornings, you would hear the birds. Carol was a wonderful hostess and always encouraged us to make ourselves at home. She provided us with a very neat and clean place to stay. Cookies, hot tea and coffee, internet access, TV, wonderful breakfasts, and conversation were all provided and went above and beyond our expectations. I will stay here again and I recommend it to anyone looking to relax. ”
