They have great instructors for these classes who are not only very knowledgeable about modifications for folks who have injuries/issues, but also make exercise fun by changing things up and sharing stories with the class. I tried similar classes at the Y, but headed right back to TA because of the friendly staff and friendly group of seniors!”
