“They were very helpful with my older Buick. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is very knowledgeable and are happy to explain everything. They drove me home on a very hot day when I left my car there to get serviced. They offer promos and coupons on their website and really work with you. I'm very happy with my service there and have recommended them to a few coworkers of mine, already who are looking for a good trustworthy mechanic. Also, there is a great bar/restaurant "The Fainting Goat" next door and a Walmart with in a block if you had to leave it for a little bit, you could grab lunch or go shopping, but their waiting room in clean, comfortable, has a TV and coffee if you want to chill there. I found them by just googling mechanic near me, and they were able to make time for me right away that day. So, far so good, car is running great and passed inspection, so I'm very excited!”

“Took our car to a nearby auto body shop for a plug due to a nail in my tire and they said they couldn’t plug it and I’d need a whole new tire for $125. So we said fine and waited about 4.5 hours for it to be repaired. Well by 930pm, they still didn’t complete the job so we took the car back home and went to Rossi’s instead. First, they plugged the tire in 15 minutes. Second, they didn’t even charge me!! I am so thankful it worked out this way, they saved me $125 (minus a tip I gave the guy who did it). I’ll always go back to Rossi’s after this. Thank you for being HONEST and not trying to get over on me.”

“I was rear-ended and referred to Abra Auto Body through Geico. I received high quality, kind, professional, and compassionate customer service. The rental car process was explained to me in detail, and the adjuster and mechanic were both kind when we inspected my car together. They broke the news to me that it was "most likely a total loss" in a really considerate way. When I came back to drop off the rental car and remove my belongings from my car, I was treated with the same level of kindness. I'm very sentimental, so bidding my car goodbye was an emotional process. Everyone was understanding when I got teary-eyed, which I really appreciated -- too often the humanity is removed from things, so the fact that I was understood and treated with kindness meant a lot to me.
