“When I first read all the reviews about the dealership I was concerned. I almost didn't reach out to them. However, they had the vehicle I wanted and after talking to Ty I felt comfortable they'd be able to assist me despite my credit situation. The inside of the dealership wasn't the "prettiest" but the cars I saw were in good condition. I wasn't able to get the vehicle I originally wanted but I got the same model but better despite more mileage. OZ, the finance manager, is a quiet guy when you first meet him. Stand offish even. But once I sat with him he was straight up with me and when I told him my limitations regarding monthly payment and down payment he worked with me. I sat and watched him work the numbers in my favor. He even helped me find cheaper car insurance. So far the car rides great and I don't see any signs of there being an issue. I give this dealership two thumbs up. Outside of the interior appearance they are legit and if you come prepared you'll get your vehicle.”

“The best deal ever when you combine all discounts in one transaction: 1. Free monting and balancing during promotion (usually applies to Michellin only) 2. Special discount when buying a set, I got the $70 off when I bought 4 Michellen tires.(Promotion keep switching between Michellin and Bridgestone). 3. You still can get additional discount if you choose Costco exclusive Michellin X Tour A/S tires (a lower- price-tag Michellin Defender version which other sellers can't price-match since it's only available for Costco club members). local store manager won't tell you about since they don't usually keep it in stock locally. 4. Free delivery from main warehouse to your local club (when you buy online). 5. Even if your vehicle is equipped with TMPS, just ask them not to touch it, if it's in good shape, so you don't have to pay for additional TMPS service fee. 6. In addition to the manufacturers warranty, there is a free Road Hazzard coverage included for free for five years. 7. Free life time balancing and rotation.(mark your front tires, sometimes they put them back in the same side after balancing, mistakes happen). You can get around the relatively longer service time buy coming early, Tire center opens an hour earlier than the rest of the club. Order online and track the shipment, no one is going to call you when it is delivered to your local club. Don't make an appointment till tires are delivered. You don't have to rush when shipment arrives, just come when it's convenient to you. I did it for both of my vehicles, in both times I was not in a rush and I knew weeks ahead I needed new tires, I didn't wait for a car mechanic to tell me. Staff are nice. The bad part: 1. You need to stay a member to get the service and after-sale free services. 2. It becomes very inconvenient if you move to an area where no Costco club near by. 3. You won't get neither the life time rotation/balancing nor the Road Hazzard coverage in shops other than Costco, exept the tire factory warranty that can be honored in other shops. 4. Only three brands offered (Michellin, Bridgestone and BF Goodrich). 5. Only tire monting and balancing, no wheel Alignment. It's not a full service. They even don't install the car batteries they sell. 6. They don't measure tire tred depth when you come for tire rotation, or let's say they don't document it. I assume they have the tred depth guage because they need it for prorating damaged tires. Please vote if this review make sense.”

“This shop will certainly exceed your expectations! They answer the phone by the first ring and are extremely knowledgeable and professional. (I have been in the car business and these guys really know their profession.) They have extended hours (as in the technicians are there until 8 or 9 PM )whatever it takes to get the job done and weekends in the winter! (Now that is amazing!) This means that cars are in and out faster as the guys do not quit at 5 PM . They have 2 teams of guys to have extended hours ! Fast , professional , knowledgeable and most important very caring and understand that your car means a lot to you and you need to get on the road and back to normal quickly! “I was very happy with my tint that I got on my Mercedes about 3 years ago. I just sold it and it was still in perfect condition; no dust, ripples, or peeling. I also had the hood painted and the entire car detailed. Though the paint job wasn't a perfect color match, I was told this detail BEFORE I agreed to have it done (gotta love honesty).
