Later that week two young gentlemen came and installed the indoor unit and they did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up, they showed us how to use the controls before they had left. “Set the machines for HOT WASH and nothing but ice cold water goes in the machine. Sign on the door says "Veteran Owned" but it should say "Owned by a Dishonest Vet who is Taking Advantage of His Customers " UPDATE* Looks like the new owners are doing the right thing. There was hot water in the machines. YAY! Changing my 1 star to 4. I'll give a 5 star when the detergent slots aren't covered with mold.”

“Been here for half a year so far and the building is wonderful! Rooms are quiet and having your own bathroom in a dorm setting is fantastic. The wifi signal is pretty horrible though, and only one half of the building has stairs and computer labs. This means if you live on the first floor on the non-office side you have to leave the building go across the walkway to go in to the other side of the building to be able to access the computer labs and other floors.”
