They are very reasonable with prices and you can feel safe knowing they will never try to make a repair that isn't necessary. In fact I actually had a tow truck manager and his three employees shadowing him, all tell me a part under my car was completely broken and needed towing to the shop. Joe discovered it was actually fine and didn't charge me for anything but the work he actually did, the biggest sign of an honest hard working mechanic.”

“I called that morning and told them I needed them to replace my tire. They said they were really busy, but they could fit me in at 2pm. I told them I had an urgent appointment that I had to make by 1pm. They checked their schedule and came back to say I should bring it in at noon and they'd have me out by 12:30pm. I thanked them and arrived at 12:20. They pulled my car around with my new tire and said its 12:31. I was amazed and enormously grateful. What more could anyone ask?”

I went in to have my brake pads replaced and to have my brake oil checked. I liked that they checked by brake fluid and told me I didn't need to have it flushed, instead of doing it anyway and charging me. They never tried to upsell me anything, which I really appreciate since that has been my experience at other car services. I got the work done at a good price and will be returning here for service again.”
