When they did come they came on-time (even early if I was ready), were extremely helpful in explaining exactly what they would be doing, why they would be doing it, and what we could expect to see over the coming days. Kyle was awesome at explaining the different materials being used for treatment and just how safe these were. While taking care of the ants Kyle gave some other pointers to keep other critters away and was incredibly kind and polite. “What a fantastic buying experience. I came into the store memorial day around 5 o’clock looking for a great gas grill. I was greeted by an employee Ryan Who promptly show me all the girls that were out front which all happened to be charcoal. I told him I was looking for a gas grill and even though they had already closed the patio he walked me out to the back where I found the perfect grill.
