“I purchased a fine carpet runner from Tapis in the Mall. I worked with Maggio on the sale of the runner carpet I selected. He showed me a decent selection of oriental rugs, more than I expected for these times. All industries are recovering from the pandemic and some are having a difficult time getting their products back in the stores. It's been over a month since Giant food stores ran out of canola mayonnaise and every trip to get groceries, I'm told the same thing in every Giant in the area, "We have regular Hellmann's but they are behind in making the canola mayo." For over a month?!! But I digress. Maggio was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and happy to give me a needed education on oriental carpet and tapestry manufacturing and exporting. I am satisfied with the in-house work he did in custom handstitching the border of the carpet I selected, as well as with the value and price. I would definitely return to his store first, if or when I have a need for quality imported carpeting. It's a mystery to me why there are negative reviews against Tapis. I guess some people just like to complain. Is it too much to ask for low-calorie mayo? I suppose my life could be worse.”

And a few years before, we purchased my daughter’s car there. All good. They even let me borrow a large red bow, which we placed on top, to make it an even more special reveal. Updated 2/28/20- The car mentioned above needed an expensive transmission control part. Without getting into the logistical details, Holly (in Service) went extremely above and beyond to help make this happen as painless as possible. Highly recommend Holly and this service team!! Updated 12/1/20- That transmission part was actually a module which when defective causes the transmission to reduce gears on you, preventing normal driving, and the dashboard lights go a bit crazy. Unfortunately the same part became defective while on a large highway. Holly and team quickly repaired/replaced the part (under warrantee) the next day. Appreciate their service. Updated Aug 12, 2021- Once again Holly (in Service) and Devon made quick work (at the last minute) of creating a key to get us back on the road. Highly recommend this service group.”

“Awesome store, awesome staff! I came to this store in search of an electric guitar but I wasn’t entirely sure what kind I wanted. I talked with Josh and Justin and they were both friendly and kind. I was helped by Justin who was very knowledgeable. He showed me a bunch of guitars, let me take as much time as I wanted to try them out and offered much needed tips and suggestions to help me narrow down my search. I was at the store for quite some time but he was patient and didn’t pressure me to come to a decision even though it was nearing closing time on a Sunday. I went home that day with a guitar that I absolutely love, thanks to Justin. I’ve been to the store a few times since then and my experience has always been great. This is my go-to place for all my guitar needs and I highly recommend it!”

“Easton Flooring did my bathroom using a polished porcelain product by Dal Tile (River Marble). Steve was so accommodating with letting me take samples home many times before final selection. With his profound knowledge and expertise, he supported me every step of the way in preparing (beefing up) a very old subfloor to meet the requirements for a large format tile installation by them, to avoid any issues down the road. I've have had many tile projects done before, both by others and myself, but have to say, this job was the best; Elegant, and done with 100% perfection with precise joints and all tiles leveled precisely edge-to-edge. In addition, not a trace of dirt, or debris was left behind with no damage or marking to surrounding painted walls. So happy I selected a local small business over the big guys who farm out their installs to who knows who from one install to another. Will surely use them for all upcoming flooring projects I have planned.”
