“I took my son for his first eye exam today at the Washington location. After being there I am shocked by some of the negative reviews saying that the staff was rude. My son was nervous and the nurse was so incredibly kind and reassuring with him. Dr. Pav was also wonderful. He was not rushed at all, asked my son all about his hobbies and interests and joked around with him the entire time which helped put him at ease. It was a great first experience and I would recommend this office to anyone!”

“You guys almost lost a loyal customer... Thank you for your good customer service. I was very upset about not being able to cancel a photo order and then when I tried to pick it up early one morning and the store was still not open after waiting 20 minutes, I was LIVID. I called the store, no response, I called customer service and they were no help (even told me they didn't open until 3 hrs later, 7am vs 10am and not true but then called the store and learned they opened late). Now I was about just fed up and ready to stop ever shopping ANY Walgreens, but thought lets give the store one last shot. I called the store, and it was open. There was an issue and they did open late, but manager was honest about it and apologized for the situation and compensated for the situation. I understand it was an honest mistake and thanks for handling a difficult situation. Glad you guys care about your customers and service!”

“I love this yoga a studio which is so much more than just yoga!! I have been a member now for a year and a half and I find myself totally hooked on it!! I come 3-4 times a week and really miss it when I'm away. The Masters are extremely encouraging, knowledgeable, warm and kind. Often after class we are invited to stay for tea and to chat with the other members. We are encouraged to grow spiritually as well as in body and mind. I know some people feel intimidated by the idea of doing yoga, but the classes are appropriate for all ages and all levels of fitness. Some people do chair yoga if that's what they need. Everyone is comfortable at their own level and encouraged to do more at their own pace.”
