Called in at end of a day and asked if vehicle was still available and told them I'd come in tomorrow morning to look at it. Had to negotiate a little bit on my trade-ins but got the vehicle I wanted (features, miles, price, model). Appropriately priced vehicle compared to the market. Zero pressure to buy. I did find it odd the manager didn't meet/greet us, that's usually what happens in my experience. Definitely recommend Kenny (Ken) in sales. He did not feel like a salesman which was pretty nice for once. Would definitely buy here again, if they have what I'm looking for next time. Zero issues.”

The first time was complicated, and I ended up dealing with the service manager, Mike Reed. Mike was incredibly helpful, and caring… he went out of his way to resolve my issues, at a fair price. He was honest, fair, and professional. And, he always returned my phone calls, and kept me informed!!! The second time, I dealt with Cindy. Cindy must have been trained by Mike; she truly exhibits the same professionalism and communication skills, that Mike possesses. When I got there Lou helped us in Finance. He has a ton of experience in the car industry. I had never been in a dealership and not had to fight for SOMETHING, until South Hills Kia. They gave me 300 dollars MORE than I wanted for my trade in. I told them they were allowed to upsell me on Gap Insurance, they said "you don't need it". My jaw dropped opened, literally. The dealership industry would sell snake oil to their own mothers. So it took A LOT of integrity to transact business that way. Before I signed papers, they took 1 percentage point off of my loan too. I know its a gimmick, but it worked on me. I am telling all of my friends and family to go to South Hills Kia ! I'll be back.”
