“This is an upscale beautiful restaurant that also has magnificent rooms to rent in Hawley PA. Settlers Inn is a "farm to table" gourmet restaurant that you MUST try if looking for a special place to dine. The staff is second to none, the food and chef are as good as any Manhattan restaurant. On weekends, you can listen to someone tinkling the keys of the grand piano, and during the Summer months, take a peek at the produce that will soon be beautifully presented to you. Absolutely, hands down the best for a good thirty miles. Treat yourself, you will be glad you did. Oh, and after dinner grab a cocktail and sit in front of the fire ????????????”

“Wonderful experience. Michelle is friendly and warms you from first meeting. Beautiful classic home; yards are gorgeous. I concede that I do not know much about the B&B experience, but frankly I'm a hotel snob and not impressed with any of the hotels nor resorts in Wayne County having stayed at/or seen several of them these past few years. Academy Street Bed & Breakfast is a much better choice with an outstanding value; the breakfast alone was worth the price of admission for me. Thanks, ~Howard”

“This place was amazing! My husband and two kids age 2 & 4 loved how sweet the staff was to us. We loved the super nice immaculately clean heated pool and gorgeous lake. The kids also loved the ducks they feed. They had live music the night we went which was so fun to hear from our site and have our daughter dance her heart out or go converse with others in their very nice pavilion area. To top off an amazing experience they are also military friendly!! We can’t wait to get back again!”

“If you're looking for a cozy, quiet, homey place to stay while visiting Pennsylvania, I highly recommend Lake Mocatek Inn. It is extremely affordable for what they give you. We booked the studio apartment suite that has a full kitchen that also comes with a few dishes and a small balcony looking over the lake. It's located close to two small towns with with many options for food and activities. The gentleman who was in the office area was also extremely helpful and nice, and has recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to try. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
