“All staff we encountered were super friendly. Campground was clean. Great pool. Lots of activities - but not overwhelming. Well maintained sites - ours, and many around us, had fresh gravel and were level. Nice store that served food. Decent sized sites - I didn’t feel like we were on top of our neighbors. Cell reception wasn’t great - but you’re in the mountains. Reception was actually better than I had anticipated. Overall, a nice stay!”

“Good stay at this camping ! quiet even if it is family/resort oriented. We decided with my friends to have a spot with a lake view, so we ended on the other side of all the activities _ was perfect for us ! Restroom are almost everywhere, which is good. We were just surprised that shower are not free. Checking again on the website and didn't see anything about it... you need quarter. Beside, it is really great location !”

Bingham Park

Address: 133-179 Main Ave, Hawley, PA 18428, USA

Park

“This park was awesome for my 2 kids under 4yrs old. The bigger kids play area I'd say is good for 3 and over for a good portion of it. They have a separate area for real little ones who are able to do minimal climbing and small slides. The park looked well maintained and clean. There were swings and a pavilion with tables if you bring some snacks and want to relax in some shade. There was also a small skate park for anyone interested. We didn't need the bathrooms so not able to give an opinion on them. There was a good amount of parking. I will definitely be back here with my family.”

Varden Conservation Area

Address: 1062 Mid Valley Road, Lake Ariel, PA 18436, USA

Park

“Varden is one of those surprises you find that's right under your nose. Split in to two tracts, they both have their own unique personalities. The Mid Valley tract is more wooded and filled with white pine and larch groves. The Tannery tract sits on old farm and and is more open, it also is bisected by power lines which, at east to me, shows the importance of protecting our wild spaces.”

“This place was amazing! My husband and two kids age 2 & 4 loved how sweet the staff was to us. We loved the super nice immaculately clean heated pool and gorgeous lake. The kids also loved the ducks they feed. They had live music the night we went which was so fun to hear from our site and have our daughter dance her heart out or go converse with others in their very nice pavilion area. To top off an amazing experience they are also military friendly!! We can’t wait to get back again!”
