“Mr. Zimmerman who complained, obviously doesn't understand how Medicare and Medicaid work. He needs to educate himself. The worker who got fired because she showed up late - well, that's how things work in the real world. The others who gave 1 star but didn't explain why, well, I discount you and your opinions. My 100 yr old mom has been there for 5 years and she has gotten very good care. They are understaffed now because of post-pandemic staffing issues but that's not their fault and St Anne's is doing the best they can under the circumstances. My 100 year old mother spent her last 5 years at St. Anne Home. This is an excellent facility in spite of pandemic issues and post-pandemic staffing issues. Nothing is perfect and no facility is perfect but St. Anne’s is about as close to perfect as one can get. I highly recommend St. Anne Home”

My daughter has a very bad abscess tooth and I have been in direct contact through text daily with the dentist! She assured me that everything will be taken care of even if my daughter needs her surgery before her scheduled date! My daughter is extremely terrified of the dentist and they made sure they explained every single to her and made her feel safe and comfortable!
