“Dr. Dan is AMAZING! I had a free consultation for tennis elbow, based upon the recommendation of a friend. He quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it and gave me exercises to do at home. I was so impressed with his approach that I scheduled a full visit the following week. The tennis elbow has been resolved but I continue to see Dr. Dan, working on long-term aches and pains, that I had just accepted as part of aging. If you have gone to physical therapy before, this is completely different. While Dr. Dan gives you physical therapy exercises to do at home, he uses the time to treat with dry needling, cupping, graston, etc. I previously did two separate rounds of physical therapy on my shoulder and experienced some modest relief. Working with Dr. Dan, I have made significant progress and at times, I am completely pain free! If you're experiencing an issue, give Dr. Dan (or anyone at InstaCare) a try. “I would love to give this place 5 stars but due to a recent change in staffing I had to remove one. When I first started seeing Dr. Basil my experience was pleasurable and personal. He and the original receptionist Keisha were so nice, easy to talk to, addressed my concerns immediately, and made what is typically an uncomfortable situation very comforting. Keisha (the original receptionist) was very professional, had a pleasurable attitude, and very welcoming as the first point of contact via the phone and office. She completely all my request in a timely manner. Dr. Basil is easy to talk to and very interested in all aspect of your life so he is able to treat you accordingly. However, my last 2 visits I dealt with a new receptionist who on the first visit barely acknowledged me entering the office, had trouble with taking payments so a line was backed up. Good thing I had cash. The second time when it was time for me to leave she was not at the desk to check me out and when she returned she told me she was sorry fo the wait but she had to touch up her make up and the bathroom is so small imthat it makes it difficult for her. Like what?? You are at work and even if that is what you were doing you don’t tell that to the patient. I did not feel comfortable with her completing some documents I had to be completed. She does not make me feel like she knows what she is doing and she definitely lacks people skills which is a key factor when working in a clinical office setting.”

“We had a birthday party for our son using the E-Sports room. Communication throughout the entire process was easy. Hannah provided all the information and responded timely. The day of the party Cathy helped set up. She monitored everyone coming in and out the facility making sure only party invitees could enter, since it was an after hours party (5-8pm). The facility was very clean and the gaming host did a great job making sure all the kids were set up and able to play. Outside of the party my family use the gym for exercise and my kids are enrolled at the camp and swim lessons. I would recommended to friends and family.”
