He arrived in 15 minutes after calling on a Sunday evening and was quick to help with a joyful spirit. The key I got programmed wasn’t exactly correct so he ordered the correct key and contacted me 3 days later as soon as it arrived. He was so good to meet me halfway because where I lost my key and where I live was and hour and twenty minutes apart. I’m so grateful for the help while being in the crummy situation of losing my key. Cannot recommend this company enough if you lose your key”

“Rentals are right across from the shop and open 30 minutes or so before the lifts. Your experience may vary. We came at the end of the season. Clearly you can save money renting off-site. If the savings is not vital, we found renting onsite easy. Boots were dry and warm and the older staff were really nice. Skis are what you expect from rentals. A nice bonus is if the equipment is available the staff seem willing to let you swap a snowboard for skis for a tiny fee. With a kid learning something this was great. Our kid also realized his boots were too small at the last minute. Onsite = no problem and an easy fix. Fill out all the paperwork online (waivers), this will make the process much easier. More so if it is a busy day.”

“Our night at Cassleman Overlook was spectacular after a long day on the GAP. We stayed in the suite which has its own private entrance in the back & deck that has the most relaxing view, we sat out there for a couple of hours before going to bed. The house is a bit dated but that’s what gives it the charm. I can stay in 4 or 5 star hotel anytime but that’s not the vibe of the GAP. Next year when we ride again we will call Connie and hope the suite is available! PS there was lots of cold water in the fridge downstairs- big plus after warm water all day.”

Very clean truck for the year so I sent them a message via messenger.... Even tho it was later in the evening, I received a response instantly and began a conversation that lasted for 2 hours! They were very helpful and responsive with any questions and concerns I had. I asked them if they could hold the truck for a few days while made arrangements to go down and see it. From where I live it was a 2 hour drive. Although they were very firm on the price, and wouldn't move much, I ended up purchasing the truck. The price they listed it at was very fair, and with the market, they could've asked for more. Overall, my experience was amazing. I was in and out in less than an hour total. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I will fully consider them again!”

“After doing some research I decided to take a chance on Dr. Weatherly as being a first time patient of an eye doctor (a lot of the eye doctors or practices around have some pretty terrible reviews). Overall my experience was very pleasant! She was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable and I had a very thorough exam! The staff were also super nice and the office was clean and organized. She only bills through medical insurance but was very kind to give me eyeglass prescription to take with me so I could have it covered through my vision insurance. Overall really great experience and more people should go to Dr. Kristi Weatherly!”
