Good food served fast, place was clean.
Great and efficient service.
Priced on the high side for a greasy spoon breakfast.
Our order:
2 cups of coffee
2 glasses of orange juice
2 egg omelet(plain) w/ side of 2 tomato slices
Side of sausage (sliced, 1.5 inch diameter)
2 Scrambled eggs with city ham & cheese
Plain hash browns
3 pieces of bacon
Total=$30
(This same meal combination at other locally owned, similar places is ~$25)
We wanted something local and that's what we experienced.
Our waitress was so nice. The burger was very good. So was the spicy fried chicken. I wish the chicken was dark meat. Not sure if you have a choice of white meat or dark meat. The broccoli and the yams were so good. The atmosphere was really nice. It has that old timey feeling. We will be back.
REALLY cute Southern diner. The people are friendly and the food is tasty. We were in Nashville for a concert and wanted to try somewhere local.
We couldn't get going in time to get there for breakfast on Sunday so we had lunch food. Both of us had the fried chicken which was tasty. The portion sizes were modest but very tasty. I realized I actually like turnip greens, and okra and tomatoes. Surprising, for this ex-pat Brit 😁
They also gave out little pieces of strawberry cake with jelly beans as a Happy Easter treat 💕
Very quaint, friendly, family feal-
Enjoyable country cuisine experience. Delightful meal, cooked well to order, endearing staff.
Great for families!
