  We had our first lesson. Never been before and wanted to try for my daughters 13th bday.
  Steph was amazing. The sweetest most patient person I've ever met. She made this such a fun experience for my daughter and myself. The water was a little rough and she even helped my daughter back to the shore. Can not say enough positive things about our trip. Thanks again Steph and Nashville Paddle Company. Can't wait to try it again. We loved every minute.

  The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and relaxed. I felt at ease and well cared for here. I had such a Great first time SUP experience! I took the intro class and Haley was an amazing instructor. :)
  
  The area is quite beautiful as well. Very private with lots of trees and wildlife. The equipment was also in outstanding like-new condition and the facility was clean and organized.
  
  The best part: Signing up for lessons online is easy!

  We booked very last minute and were lucky to get paddle boards because it's so popular! The staff was very friendly and JR was a great instructor on how to paddle board. Loved that we had free reign for an hour and highly enjoyed it!! Price was great at $25. Lake was somewhat wavy with the occasional boat but it made it exciting. Would definitely return in future travels!
