“if you have a previous dental trauma, you really really need to visit the dentist. It is very important for your dental as well as your overall health. if You're like me, and had some bad experiences, and neglected the help for so long, Your best bet is to go to these people. Dr. Britt showed incredible bedside manner and compassion that I haven't seen in a dentist before and never made me feel ashamed. he also explain to me in ways that I can understand what the treatment plan was. The assistants here are also very incredible and helpful. I opted in for sedation therapy because of my gag reflex and severe anxiety, and they went above and beyond. Even the receptionist is the kindest heart I have ever met. This whole team is in need of a raise. For the first time, I feel like a normal person again. not enough gratitude could be given to these people.”

“I swung by to pick up an item that showed in stock on their app. There were none stocked on the aisle but I did find the sticker where they should be. I spoke with an employee who told me there may be some in the back and he would go check. After returning he said it would take him about an hour to go through 2 full pallets to find them. I didn’t have time for that and just drove to springfield but would have been nice to have them stocked upon arrival, or app updated to show otherwise.”

“Keefer Roofing recently replaced several roofs in our HOA. Some minor damage was done to our grill during our replacement. Chris (job foreman) and Mark (owner) re solved the issue promptly and professionally. We were very pleased with their customer service. Update: 8 months later - minor issue with dryer vent hose to exhaust vent. Roof still under warranty. Mark (owner) responded quickly to our request for repair...arrived when he said he would and made the necessary repairs, no questions asked! We have had nothing but postive experiences the Keefer Roofing.”
