My Nissan was making a loud electrical buzzing sound, and it just so happened I had it in elsewhere for tire rotation and oil change before heading out on a trip to Florida. The other shop couldn't identify the sound and said they couldn't begin to guess where it was coming from. Called Dr. Automotive and explained I had a trip to go on in a few days and desperately needed to get my car checked out. They got me in, figured out it was a bad alternator, called me with pricing options and estimated repair time. Job was done when they said it would be, pricing was fair, and sound was gone.
