“I recently had a defect with the headrest in my Tesla. Unfortunately I was a week out of warranty and didn't want to pay the high cost of replacing the entire headrest. I called the round to many places and the only one that answered my call and was confident that they could fix my issue was Sew Unique. Juan inspected the headrest and is very knowledgeable with auto upholstery and specifically Tesla's. Their workmanship is top notch and they reupholstered the headrest and had it back to me the next day. If I ever have any other issues with upholstery in our Tesla's I now know where to go. I included a before and after photo. Hope this helps others running into the same issue I ran into with our headrest. Thanks!”

My Nissan was making a loud electrical buzzing sound, and it just so happened I had it in elsewhere for tire rotation and oil change before heading out on a trip to Florida. The other shop couldn't identify the sound and said they couldn't begin to guess where it was coming from. Called Dr. Automotive and explained I had a trip to go on in a few days and desperately needed to get my car checked out. They got me in, figured out it was a bad alternator, called me with pricing options and estimated repair time. Job was done when they said it would be, pricing was fair, and sound was gone. Not todays visit but my last visit while airing up my tires they noticed a screw in my tire. I had no idea as it wasn't leaking yet. “My 2005 Honda Accord wouldn't pass emissions. One other shop charged me for an oxygen sensor but it didn't solve the problem after they promised me it would. Another shop charged me for a PCV valve. I still didn't pass emission and now was over $275 in. Awesome Automotive discovered the real problem that was it had a rotten hose going to the vapor cannister. They fixed it at a very reasonable price and got me right through emissions. They are my new shop from now on. They should be everybody's!! They know their stuff and don't overprice everything. Couldn't be happier!!!”
