My Nissan was making a loud electrical buzzing sound, and it just so happened I had it in elsewhere for tire rotation and oil change before heading out on a trip to Florida. The other shop couldn't identify the sound and said they couldn't begin to guess where it was coming from. “10/10. I was afraid to go here due to the business that previously had this building, but it was a completely different experience. The man who runs this shop is great and said he is trying to build this place from the ground up in terms of reputation and renovations. If he can see the issue by looking at the car without lifting it up or using his diagnostic tool. the diagnostic is free! Huuuuuge perk as everyone else wants around $100 just to look at it. My issue ended up being super small and easy to fix, so he let me have the service for free. Really nice, genuine man. He didn''t try to upsell anything or even sell me anything at all. He just told me what the issue was and let me know what may happen with it in the future and my options for if that ended up happening. I'm pretty wary of auto shops but I'll be going to him again.”

“I dealt with Clark’s several years ago and had a great experience. So after my daughter’s car was sideswiped, I asked the insurance company if we could use Clark’s again. Thankfully they agreed. Clark’s fixed the car like nothing ever happened. However, when we got the car home, we noticed a crack in the windshield that nobody had noted before. So there was some concern as to who was responsible. I was worried I would have to pay out of pocket. And because the windshield has rain sensors built in, it would be an expensive fix. Thankfully Dave Clark agreed he would fix the windshield on his dime. We brought the car back in and that evening, it was done. I can’t say enough good things about Clark’s. David and his team do superb work and are as honest as the day is long. It’s scary to take your car to a mechanic or body shop because of all the horror stories of people getting ripped off. I can tell you with 100% certainty, that will not happen to you at Clark’s. Thank you David!”
