Cruise Planners - Terri Waxler

I told Steve what I wanted and he did all of the work! Steve presented me with a few options to choose from that worked with my schedule and budget and he was always available to respond to any questions I had along the way. He was very attentive and made me feel like I was his only client. He and Terri planned the perfect birthday gateway to Mexico - an all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya! The resort was beautiful and the staff was beyond attentive. They even had a few surprises for my husband and I before we left for our vacation. These two are a great team and I couldn't have planned a better vacation for myself!

Terri Waxler and Steve Ball are more than my husband and I “Trip Planners” they have become an extended family. I was at a restaurant and picked up a business card because I was turning 50 and wanted to have a Destination Celebration in Jamaica.I had an alleged “Travel Planner”that my group were all very unhappy with. I called the number on the card and was leaving a voicemail when Ms.Terri called right away. I explained what was going on and without missing a beat she eased my mind and assured me that my Birthday would be Great! Before we were scheduled to go I actually insisted that they both come Celebrate with me😁 Terri and Steve are “The Best!” They go “Over and Beyond” and no complaints. I will never forget how special they made me feel and Terri made it so personal about “Me”. I love them so much and would give 1000 stars if I could. There was nothing they wouldn’t do or try to make happen. I am truly Blessed and truly appreciate them for being in my life. I have booked with Terri several times now.. she really takes the stress out of planning. Everytime is better than before as she grows her business. My first cruise with her was flawless. Next, she ( & her business partner, Steve) mapped out and provided a guided tour around Ireland during the week of st. Patrick's day. Our private driver added a special touch with his knowledge about all the cities he took us to. We even got to have dinner in a castle! Our next cruise to the Bahamas was the perfect quick getaway that we needed.We are now getting ready to spend a week of bliss in the riviera Maya at one of the top resorts. I am SO thankful for all the thought she puts into making sure everything is perfect for every trip!

I have been using Terri and Steve for travel bookings for some years now. They have both, saved me money and time.
One trip a person with me forgot their passport an hour away and we had to miss that flight. It was 5am. I text Terri and she happened to be up. Within 30 min she had us another flight and for only $50 more for both flight changes. Can’t beat that!
They been to a lot of the places they recommends. That has helped answer questions for sure on what some resorts have and do not have. They make sure to offer coverage from the moment you leave your home to the time you get back.... vehicle rentals, taxi services, everything.
I love the ease of calling them, telling them where I want to go, when and in a day or two they have multiple quotes to look at! Can’t get any easier and stress free!

Terri is an amazing travel planner! She coordinated our 30th Anniversary two week cruise and tour of Italy as well as other vacations and cruises. She takes care of every detail and is available if you have any questions while on the trip. You receive a detailed itinerary of your trip with info should you encounter an issue while traveling. I'm so thankful for Terri!! She has planned our trips to Italy, Switzerland, Ireland and many cruises. We have so many wonderful trips because of Terri's help!
