Dr Herr and her staff are top notch! Everyone is kind, professional, and compassionate. The facility is state of the art and always very clean. They absolutely love my Stanley and always give him the best of care. I even receive follow up calls after sick visits to make sure my dog is doing okay. Stanley has been seeing Dr Herr for 4 years and I cannot imagine ever taking him elsewhere.

Dr. Herr and her staff are exceptional. I have a new rescue puppy, Birdie, who has been through several surgeries after being hit by a car. They took the time to review all of her previous records and were so patient with Birdie as she’s been through so much trauma in the past. The appointment was not rushed, it was thorough and an overall wonderful experience. Thank you for treating us like family!

This was our first time visiting and it was a awesome experience. Tori grooming skills are unmatched. She did an amazing job. The customer service is exceptional. Try them out you won't be disappointed.

So far this has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Herr was very welcoming, her staff was truly sweet and other than the typical over the top cost (Collierville period is overpriced) the care was excellent. Loved the neckerchief for the pup with the calming pheromones (not sure they worked but our pup hadn't let us take it off since our visit 😂 ). Very, very nice clinic.
