Just ordered to go and the only thing I wish was that I could've eaten in to try another dish. The Jerk chicken Alfredo was so yummy. I will be back to try the salmon.
Delicious food but too much salt.. I have gotten the stuffed turkey burger twice and each time it was perfectly delicious. I have also ordered the fried okra previously which was delicious but a bit salty. The first time I got the grilled cabbage it too was delicious. This time I decided to get the fried catfish, grilled cabbage, and fried okra and all three were good but tooooo salty. I am sure I will order from Trapfusion 901 in the future but I hope the amount of salt in some of your recipes will be reduced.
The food is great! The service provided by the young ladies answering the phone and working at the door is exceptional.
Must try: Jerk chicken over Peas and Rice, Oxtails, Stuffed Turkey Burger, Grilled Cabbage, Broccoli and Zucchini.
I'm waiting to try the Coco Bread and Jamaican Patties because everytime I go they're sold out!
So give Trap Fusion a try like Yesterday!
Trap Fusion delighted my taste buds as usual. I wish I had taken a picture of my burgers, broccoli, squash and zucchini. My turkey burger was juicy and topped with cheese, spinach, and a slice of tomato. I especially love the squash and zucchini as it is seasoned perfectly. Trap Fusion is one my go to restaurants. It is on my list of Memphis Must Visit restaurants since it is one of my Favorites.
