“If there was an option for 10 stars, I’d give it. My family is visiting on vacation and the tire on my dads wheelchair blew. We called about 15 bike shops, medical supply stores, sport stores, etc. Everyone was very kind but most weren’t super helpful (it’s a weird situation so we understand), and we weren’t sure what to do next because my dad can’t get around without his wheelchair. Mel, the owner, spent the time to find an out-of-the-box solution, fix/replace the tires, and even did a little tune up on the wheelchair. Mel and his wife were so kind and were such life-savers today. The trip we’re on is very sentimental to our family and without Mel, we wouldn’t have been able to finish it out. I wish there was more we could say besides thank you, but hopefully this review helps in some small way.”

“What a life saver. They got us back on the road in 20 minutes. We have a bumpy tale to tell. We were on our way from Texas to Indiana. We hit some really bumpy roads between Little Rock and Memphis. When we got to our stopping point we noticed that a shackle on our fifth wheels equalizer was broken. After calling a dozen shops and either getting nowhere or being told we were 2 weeks out. We were finally referred to Custom Springs. They understood our issue and said they could have us fixed the next morning. Thanks to John and Daniel for helping us and getting us back on the road. “Interior Transformations and team are the best! I completely recommend them for any of your renovation or remodel jobs. We first contracted them to install our new hardwood floors. Owner, Bill Hill came to measure the rooms in our home and gave us a full list of all materials we would need and offered recommendations on installing as if it were his own home. To Bill, it was a simple installation like a weekend DIY project and was hired on the spot. We felt comfortable for his confidence and knowledge and he and his team demonstrated professionalism every day through the installation. They did a tremendous job! While they were Installing our wooden floors we learned Interior Transformations also did renovations and remodels, which led to our master bathroom remodel. I have completely disliked my bathroom from the day we built our house almost 10 years ago. The vanity tops, tub, and shower were boring cultured marble, The shower leaked and the fixtures had lost their luster. Bill and Tracy promised to make it special and do it right, and they did! I was even able to help in the demolition and smash that ugly bath tub! I was totally impatient during the entire project, but I knew exactly what I wanted. Now I have beautiful granite vanities, a wonderful soaker tub and the most exquisite shower in the county. I know I do! Bill, Tracy, and team of Interior Transformations were always here when they said they would be, always professional and respectful, and most importantly cleaned as they went along. They gave me my dream bathroom that I absolutely LOVE! Best part is they have become very good family friends.”

“We learned about True from our baseball hitting instructor. After one of my sons lessons, they ran him through diagnostics and fit him properly for a bat. He is 12U and we found that his 2 current bats, at the time, were weighted inaccurately. So we ordered a USSSA True bat and had a 120 fit guarantee. The customer service provided by this company is far better than any retailer. We exchanged the bat without any problems. He finished his season with a higher slugging percentage and we opted to purchase a second bat with very minor differences. One is fit for him perfectly and the other is a smidge heavier and a smidge longer.”

Most shelves were stocked and there were more floor members for assistance. Besides the self checkout, there were multiple lines open. The cashiers were mostly under alcohol selling age so there was a short wait for a manager to complete the transaction. This was an overall good visit.”
