“Big shout out to the group of people that work at the Collierville location, I have been in one of there rentals since 7-30-23 due to an incident involving my car and a flying crowbar. Today 8-16-23, the rental cars check engine light came on and I had to park it. They had the car picked up and brought me another one all within 2 hours, I was thoroughly impressed. They were so nice and understanding and genuinely felt bad that this happened. I will say A+ to the dedication of this group of people. Thanks for not dropping the ball.”

They both were very professional, knowledgeable of the job, kind, pleasant personalities and showed they both have a love for their job and compassion for the people. I had sweet and sour chicken and it was SO good. Arguably one of the best Chinese places I’ve eaten n the city, and I’m from Memphis. If you’re in the area, pay Ms.Julie a Visit. There’s also a convenience store inside and they offer much more than Chinese.”
