(October 18, 2022, 2:30 am)Can't say enough about this campground, it's our favorite so far in our travels. Each site is huge, very scenic and overlooks the lake from most sites, has cheap laundry which was great but only one of each machine, the staff guy in the Welcome Center Hut was so nice and helpful at all times, one thing to take note on is...they DON'T let you "check in" EARLY at all but town is close by to waste time so that was good, bathrooms are clean and exceptable but do need some updating but the handicap bathroom on side of the building is brand new. All in all we can't wait to come back here again in the near future!!
Helpful hint though....this campground is ALWAYS FULL, so book your sites in plenty of advance to get a spot. You won't be disappointed, its worth checking it out for yourselves! 🤗😀🌞
(September 12, 2022, 8:58 pm)Except for some kids at a neighboring home, it was very quiet. I think every site has at least some view of the lake. The rates are reasonable. The spaces are mostly not on top of each other. 2 out of three mornings we had deer grazing just outside our camper. We will go back.
(August 5, 2022, 2:29 pm)The campground itself is pretty nice. The sites are roomy enough and most have an additional patio area. Neat & clean.
However the shower house was unacceptable. There is no main light on the women's side. It was pretty dirty.
(August 3, 2022, 5:39 pm)Very peaceful. Family friends. Right next to hickory lake. And plenty to do. And not far from a Kroger. The stop light at the turn off is a photo stop light so be careful
(June 9, 2022, 11:52 am)Nice area. Fantastic staff and facilities. Good T moble and ATT coverage. No complaints at all. We will come back again.
