“My lights and my neighbor's lights have been flickering for days. I called this morning and requested that someone come out and check my service. The lady I spoke to was very nice.. Crews arrived in less than 30 minutes and identified the issues that could have contributed to the problem. They replaced wires for me and my neighbors. They worked quickly and provided updates while working. No more flickering lights. I am very happy.”
