“What an adorable boutique and a wide array of clothing and accessories. This boutique combines Hip, Class, and Chic into one amazing combination. Charisse (the owner) assisted me in piecing together an entire ensemble with hat, shirt-jacket, pants and earrings. I purchased additional clothing items I couldn’t live without as well. 😁 In this crazy 2020 of donning a quarantine wardrobe, i.e., fitness attire and pj’s, along with turning 60 I needed a fashion attitude face-lift. Our cat does not like the car or going to the vet, but as soon as we walked in the door, we were given a private room for him to calm down in. Jaime was fantastic with him and gave him so much love and care! By the end of the appointment, I think he would have rather stayed than went home. Do yourself a favor and visit Crossroads. Service in Nolensville area establishments has been sometimes poor, in my opinion but not at Happenstance! We were greeted at the bar immediately when we sat down (a plus for Aaron!) and offered two glasses of water right away, without asking...love this! The cocktail menu is adventurous, fine tuned and impressive! Prices reflect that, so not sure we could come as frequently as we like, but the experience was well worth it! Met the owner and he was friendly and gracious. Will definitely come back.”

I had two retro chairs left to me by my grandmother that meant the world to me. These chairs are midcentury modern and it took a real team of experts to bring them back to life. They created a modern classic that is a piece of art. I have never seen such exquisite attention to detail. They rebuilt the chairs from the skeleton frame to something beautiful and new. They matched the patterns of the chairs in perfect symmetry (not an easy task considering the structure of the chairs). Keith, Michelle, and Gary were not only highly talented professionals and masters of their craft but also the kindest human beings I could ever hope to do business with. They have a great jewelry display with reasonable prices and a big selection of products.
