I asked for the extended warranty, they didn't pressure me into getting one. I called them in advance, informed them that we were driving down because vehicles in our area were becoming over priced, and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. They had the vehicle ready when we got there. After the test drive and checking it out, we may have stayed only 30 additional minutes for the paperwork. After we returned home from buying it, we scheduled an appointment with our local dealership. The only thing they found was a dry rotted tire, which we replaced. “Knowing the history of the company from personal experience over 15 years, I would not use any other roofer. They install a roof that will last as long as it should. Their attention to detail in problem areas around penetrations and valleys, proves they are in this for the long haul. I know personally people that are buying their second roof from Ford Roofing because the roof is over 25 years old and past the manufacturers suggested life. They know the secret to keeping the weather on the outside of the house. They make roofing an art. Far too often I hear of friends getting a new roof because of storm damage. They get a visit from some fly by night ambulance chasing roofing company leaving door tags in neighborhoods where hail may have been seen. These companies can install a quality shingle but with short cut cheap labor. It doesn't matter how good the materials, if they are not properly installed. Roofing is not as simple as putting nails in shingles. I trust no one other than Ford Roofing. I know that when they are done, I have nothing to worry about. If you have someone else install your roof because they are cheaper, was it really cheaper if you have to replace it before it is time?”

Bathroom was clean Coffee was pretty fresh But The other reviews are almost correct ( although I strongly disagree with the other reviewer’s use of the term “price gouging “ I suggest if possible you avoid buying Gas in Franklin or Nearby Brentwood as it usually runs between 40 and 50 cents more per gallon than in Nashville city or other cities nearby. In my opinion this facility is better than all other similar competitors in the area. Kerosene is available”
