“I had a smoke alarm beeping in my stairway that is too high for me to reach comfortably. Scott from Beacon Hill came out to take a look. He grabbed his tallest ladder, asked for a towel to put on the top portion of the ladder so he wouldn't damage my walls and figured out how to get it setup so he could reach the smoke alarm safely. He was very friendly and professional. Would mostly definitely request Scott from Beacon again, should I have any additional electrical needs.”

I ended up having her take off 3” of my own hair and it made a huge difference. It was a great experience all around. We will be back ! They both were so welcoming and patient.
