However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was most impressed that they chose to do that without me even asking. Their actions speak volumes about their business character ethic and how they perceive their customers. I would highly recommend this store. It's worth a trip to Mount Juliet just to visit it.”

“Need to thank the officers on duty last night publicly and apologize to one in particular, I was having trouble getting in touch with my teenage daughter last night we had a disagreement on how she is supposed to act and tried for hours to reach her with no success, and knowing these boys have bigger problems I reached out to them for help and the officer that picked up was not giving the answer I wanted he was giving the answer he was supposed to and I didn’t want to hear that and ashamed to say I lost my temper but he never wavered from his duty or his composure, and to you sir I apologize. Needless to say the boys went above and beyond to ease my worries they were professional all the way around and truth be told they should have reached through the phone and strangled me …, they physically got in touch with my daughter for me who was safe from any harm and made a phone call to me the guy who was acting like a crazy person to let me know she’s fine …. “We are in Nashville for a wedding and my Wife wanted to see a movie called Redeeming Love (which was excellent) so we booked a tour of the Grand Ole Opry (which exceeded our expectations) and then walked over to this theatre for the movie. It was extremely clean, not crowded (4:00 on a Thursday), the concession folks were friendly and attentive (only disappointment was Pepsi instead of Coke), and the popcorn was delicious. I don’t review many chain businesses but this Regal was excellent. They don’t have recliners but our seats were very comfortable. I would definitely go to this theatre again!!”
