“We called 3 other “24hr” mechanics before this guy and should have called him first!!! We called this place at early opening hours (3am) in dire need of a mechanic to fix a busted fuel line. We were driving through the area from Ky and going south. Justin answered the phone within a few rings and asked what happened... within an hour he was to our location and working on replacing the fuel line. This guy was a god send. We very much appreciated him getting up and coming to us to help us get back on our way. He was kind, courteous, prompt but extremely thorough in explaining what he was going to do and pricing! Recommend this 24hr mechanic to not just Nashville residents but literally anyone who’s driving through and needs assistance!”

“Wanted something delivered on Valentine’s Day but the guy said I was too early for that. He gave me specific instructions as to when and where to process the package to have it get there right on time. The kiosk said it would be too early, the tracking updates said it would be too early, I was getting nervous. Low and behold, I get a tracking update today that says it’ll be there exactly on time. Very knowledgeable workers more than willing to help out!!”

They may let it slide in Memphis, but they joke around here in Bartlett. If you want to be a citizen here, you better obey the law and show some respect to your community.
